We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional to join our team at LevelTen Energy in Europe. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for articulating the value of our cloud-based software platform to renewable energy developers, Independent Power Producers, and Utilities.

About the Role

In this exciting opportunity, you will have the chance to lead subscription sales and achieve an annual ARR target in an assigned account segment of energy producers. You will also be responsible for leading full sales cycles from prospect to close of platform subscription sales, teaming with assigned Account Managers to negotiate commercial terms for subscription renewals, and building brand visibility within the developer community by attending conferences and building a network of stakeholders in the industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Subscription Sales with a goal of achieving an annual ARR target in an assigned account segment of energy producers.
  • Lead full sales cycles from prospect to close of platform subscription sales.
  • Teaming with assigned Account Managers, negotiate commercial terms for subscription renewals.
  • Build brand visibility within the developer community by attending conferences and building a network of stakeholders in the industry.
  • Become the expert in how to be indispensable to the assigned segment and represent your customers' needs to marketing, product, and executives informing our go-to-market strategy.
Requirements
  • 5+ years enterprise selling within energy-related industries.
  • 7+ years full sales cycle experience with established sales methods such as MEDDIC, Challenger, Solutions Selling.
  • Experience selling to Directors, VPs, and C-Suite executives.
  • Professional fluency in English is required.
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills, both in person and via Zoom.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • A can-do attitude, strong sense of urgency, and ability to see opportunity where others see a closed door.
  • Proven track record of consistent goal/quota attainment.
  • Discipline in regard to CRM use and detailed data entry.
  • Ability to thrive in a constantly changing and evolving work environment.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary commensurate with experience: €60,000 - €80,000 per year, plus incentives based on performance. This full-time position is based in LevelTen Energy Europe's Madrid office or remote (preferably in Berlin).
