Process Functional Lead

As the Project Process Lead at Unilabs, you will be responsible for managing and leading process documentation, analysis, and improvement activities for assigned projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and areas of improvement, and lead the development and implementation of standardized processes and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provides expertise to review business requirements, define application solutions, and ensure standardization.
  • Reviews and completes functional design documents, configurations, unit tests, and data designs for support releases.
  • Supports process teams and users during SIT and UAT as needed during country deployments.
  • Process Optimization:
    • Identifies opportunities for process improvements and automation.
    • Implements process enhancements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
    • Utilizes methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or similar to drive continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Works closely with process leads, finance, procurement, IT, and other relevant departments to ensure project alignment and integration.
    • Acts as the primary point of contact for functional issues and inquiries.
    • Collaborates with all teams to achieve project objectives, including third-party and support organizations.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
    • Develops and utilizes analytics and reporting tools to monitor process performance.
    • Generates regular reports on project status, process metrics, and improvement initiatives.
    • Conducts root cause analysis for system inefficiencies and implements corrective actions.
  • Compliance & Risk Management:
    • Ensures processes comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
    • Identifies and mitigates risks associated with process changes and improvements.
    • Maintains accurate and up-to-date project and process documentation.
  • Training & Support:
    • Provides training and support to team members and technology functional capabilities as required.

Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in functional and technical capabilities within the respective process domain.
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies and tools in the context of technology change projects.
  • Strong understanding of financial operations and best practices.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency with ERP systems relevant to the respective process domain.
  • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with data analysis tools.
  • Knowledge of process automation tools and techniques.
