About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Manufacturing Functional Expert Lead to join our team. As a key member of our digital transformation program, you will be responsible for integrating complex business processes within and between SAP systems and other manufacturing assets.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and build processes for manufacturing operations.
  • Collaborate with cluster operations teams to shape new opportunities and identify potential impact on business processes.
  • Translate business requirements into digital solutions.
  • Execute functional solution design considering customer/user experience, data modeling, and integration implications.
  • Collaborate with technical resources to determine technical design.
  • Manage key stakeholders and set expectations on development approach and timelines.
  • Guide business stakeholders on successfully activating solutions.
  • Run, execute, and deliver SAP solution in project mode.
  • Address level 3 support on SAP Core solution for complex issues.

Requirements:

  • Excellent functional knowledge of SAP Manufacturing / Make functional domain (SAP PP-LE).
  • Implementation experience with SAP PP, PM, QM, LIMS; Computer System Validation; System Interfacing; Labelling, Barcoding, and Scanning.
  • Good ABAP understanding and general IT skills.
  • Previous exposure to project management aspects.
  • Familiarity with enterprise architecture and complex system landscapes.
  • Customer-driven mindset.
  • A well-versed business acumen in digital maintenance and operations.
  • Familiarity or experience in agile methodologies, Scrum methodology as a plus.
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree with business or technical focus.
  • Experience in turning business ideas into digital tools.
  • Fluent in English.
