Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Geospatial Innovation and Product Development Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Geospatial Solutions team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative geospatial solutions using satellite imagery and Earth Observation technologies.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with our Geospatial RD team to research and develop new processing, analytics, and services for OneAtlas, our customer library.
- Develop and implement new 3D technologies and machine learning techniques for Earth Observation.
- Support the HAPS team in the development and operation of our stratospheric, solar electric, UAS.
- Work closely with our business teams to develop new innovative applications and services.
- Integrate the Earth Observation ground system to end customer systems and infrastructure.
- Engineering degree in Electronics, Telecom, Aerospace, or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in systems engineering and/or Geospatial fields.
- Deep learning environments (Python, Jupyter, OpenCV, GitLab, Keras, PyTorch) and Google Cloud Platform (Compute, AppEngine, Docker, CloudML) experience.
- Knowledge in image processing and Earth Observation is a plus.
