About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to join our team as VP Operations Transformation Leader. As a key member of our Executive team, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence and leading our global operations team to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Thought Leadership: Provide strategic guidance to our operations team and globally, driving cross-cutting initiatives that impact our business.
  • Client Satisfaction: Ensure seamless operations and BPO management, accountable for engagement frameworks with clients and programs delivered by our in-house team or BPO partners.
  • Operational Performance: Develop and implement strategies to optimize city performance, segmenting cities and delivering on service levels set at segment level.
  • Courier Value Proposition: Evolve the courier value proposition, considering earnings, user experience, protection, and other factors.
  • Courier Operational Processes: Implement and improve courier operational processes to enable a healthy supply, including building a strong courier operations team and managing a multi-fleet program.
  • Sustainability: Embed sustainable practices and goals into day-to-day operations and future tech developments, aligning with our 2035 net zero commitment.
Requirements
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience scaling an operational team across multiple countries.
  • People Management: 5+ years of people management experience, including managing and developing leaders and managing remotely across multiple sites.
  • Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of transforming operations through innovation and long-term strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Vendor Management: Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation is a plus.
