International Grants Manager

Vall d'Hebron Institut de Recerca is seeking a highly skilled International Grants Manager to join our team in the International Project Unit. As a key member of our Post-Award team, you will be responsible for managing grant budgets, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with institutional and sponsoring agency regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage grant budgets, including financial planning, budget monitoring, and forecasting.
- Prepare and submit financial reports to funding agencies and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with institutional and sponsoring agency regulations, including audit and financial reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with researchers, funding agencies, and project coordinators to ensure successful project implementation.
- Provide support in consortium meetings organization and other related project activities.
- University degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of work experience in a similar position in a scientific environment.
- Proven experience and knowledge in financial management and reporting of international public and private competitive funding.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work in a team environment.
