International Grants Manager (Post-Award) Job Description

VHIR is seeking a highly skilled International Grants Manager (Post-Award) to join our team. As a key member of our Post-Award team, you will be responsible for managing granted funds to comply with internal policies and funding bodies' regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and administer research grants from international funding bodies, including the European Commission and NIH.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and funding bodies' regulations.
  • Provide support to researchers throughout the lifecycle of competitive research projects.
  • Develop and implement effective grant management strategies to optimize research outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the Pre-Award office to ensure seamless project management.
Requirements:
  • University degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English (business level).
  • At least 1 year of work experience in a similar position in a scientific environment.
  • Proven experience and knowledge in financial management and reporting of international public and private competitive funding.
