We are Holaluz, a pioneering company in the energy sector, and we're looking for an exceptional individual to join our team as a Social Media Ambassador. Your mission will be to manage our online presence, build strong relationships with our customers and stakeholders, and contribute to our brand's growth and success.
About the RoleAs a Social Media Ambassador, you will be responsible for:
- Providing top-notch customer service on our social media channels, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintaining a positive and engaging tone across all our social media platforms, ensuring that our brand is consistently represented.
- Creating and curating high-quality content that resonates with our audience, including posts, stories, and videos.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and news, leveraging your expertise to provide valuable insights and information to our followers.
- Collaborating with our marketing team to develop and implement social media strategies that drive engagement and conversions.
We're looking for someone who is passionate about social media, has excellent communication skills, and is able to think creatively. If you're a team player who is eager to learn and grow with us, we want to hear from you
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in social media management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt your tone and style to different audiences.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to track and measure performance using social media analytics tools.
- Experience with social media scheduling tools, such as Hootsuite or Buffer.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
