Metrohm DropSens is a leading global company in the field of instrumental and chemical analysis, with a strong presence in over 100 countries. We are seeking an experienced Agile Leader to join our team in Asturias, Spain.
Key Responsibilities:- Assume overall responsibility for our agile teams at the Asturias location, including budgeting and resource allocation.
- Plan and organize development activities with your team, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Coach and enable team leaders and Scrum masters to organize themselves and act independently in accordance with agile principles and roles.
- Recruit and develop high-performing agile teams, ensuring they have the necessary skills and expertise to deliver high-quality results.
- Support team leaders in developing their employees, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Participate in our Cross Site Steering Team, influencing organizational development and promoting cross-site collaboration.
- Maintain consistency in processes and practices across the software development organization.
- Several years of experience in leading agile software development (Scrum, SAFe) in a scaled, distributed environment.
- Passionate leadership, cooperative management style, and ability to motivate the organization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Spanish and English.
