**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Conversational AI Lead to join our team at Axa Partners. As a key member of our Data & Innovation Office, you will play a pivotal role in driving the technical aspects of Conversational AI initiatives on a global scale.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement the technical strategy and roadmap for Conversational AI solutions, in collaboration with the head of the Automation & AI and the architecture team.
  • Ensure compliance of Conversational AI solutions with architecture, security, data privacy, and quality standards, as well as regulatory and contractual requirements.
  • Manage technical aspects of Conversational AI solutions, including infrastructure, configuration, integration, performance, scalability, availability, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
  • Support technical activities of Conversational AI solutions, such as development, testing, deployment, and maintenance, with internal and external teams and vendors.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to Conversational AI, Data Science & AI team, and business units on best practices and latest trends of Conversational AI solutions.
  • Identify and evaluate new Conversational AI technologies and solutions that can bring value and innovation to Axa Partners, such as Generative AI and LLMs.
  • Lead and execute PoC & PoV projects on Conversational AI, in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, to demonstrate feasibility and value of innovative solutions.
  • Support Factories in defining best Conversational AI use cases and creating business cases.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 6 years of experience in IT, with a focus on Conversational AI solutions, such as chatbots, voicebots, NLP, NLU, NLG.
