We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Conversational AI Lead to join our team at Axa Partners. As a key member of our Data & Innovation Office, you will play a pivotal role in directing the technical aspects of Conversational AI initiatives on a global scale.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Strategy and Roadmap: Define and implement the technical strategy and roadmap for Conversational AI solutions, in collaboration with the head of the Automation & AI and the architecture team.
- Compliance and Governance: Ensure the compliance of Conversational AI solutions with the architecture, security, data privacy, and quality standards of Axa Partners, as well as regulatory and contractual requirements.
- Technical Management: Manage the technical aspects of Conversational AI solutions, including infrastructure, configuration, integration, performance, scalability, availability, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Technical Guidance and Support: Provide technical guidance and support to the Conversational AI, Data Science & AI team, as well as business units, on best practices and the latest trends of Conversational AI solutions.
- Technology Evaluation and Adoption: Identify and evaluate new Conversational AI technologies and solutions that can bring value and innovation to Axa Partners, such as Generative AI and LLMs.
- Proof of Concept and Value Projects: Lead and execute PoC & PoV projects on Conversational AI, in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, to demonstrate the feasibility and value of innovative solutions for Axa Partners.
- Business Case Development: Support the Factories in the definition of the best Conversational AI use cases to be promoted internally and the business case creation.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience: 6 years of experience in IT, with a focus on Conversational AI solutions, such as chatbots, voicebots, NLP, NLU, NLG.
- Technical Skills: Solid knowledge of Conversational AI technologies and platforms, such as Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, and a good understanding of NLP/NLU/NLG technology.
- Business Acumen: In-depth understanding of market trends on Generative AI, more specifically around LLMs, its complexity to master, and a good knowledge of LLM Prompt engineering.
- Project Management: Project management and coordination skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English, both written and spoken. French is a plus.
