We are seeking an innovative and visionary professional to take a key role within Zurich's Group AI team. As an AI Architect and Tech Lead, you will be responsible for designing and implementing high-performance cloud-based data and AI platforms. Your expertise in cloud platforms, automation, and technical leadership will enable you to guide the team in automating the build and run of the AI platform.

Your main responsibilities will involve:

  • Analyzing functional and non-functional requirements to design high-performance cloud-based data and AI platforms.
  • Collaborating with internal and external teams, including vendors, to make optimal technology decisions.
  • Providing technical guidance and mentoring technical teams.

As a Technical Lead for AI and Data Platforms, you will have the opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team that ideates, develops, implements, and deploys AI at the forefront. You will be responsible for driving continuous improvement and ensuring the security and compliance of the AI platform.

We offer a wide range of internal and external trainings, including free English, German, and Spanish classes. You will also have the option to work remotely within Spain up to 100% and work abroad up to 25 days yearly. Additionally, you will receive a 300 euros net allowance to set up your home office and a monthly home office allowance.
