We are the world's biggest healthcare platform, and we want patients to find the perfect doctor and book an appointment in the most easy way. Our patient journey should be enjoyable, and that's why we are always next to them: to help them find the best possible care anytime, anywhere.
We also help doctors to better manage their practice and build their online reputation. With our integrated end-to-end solution, doctors can not only improve their online presence but also devote their time to what really matters - their patients.
We had 4.8 million appointments booked last month, and 92.5k active doctors trust our solutions. That makes us a market leader in 12 countries: Spain, Italy, Germany, Poland, Turkey, Czech Republic, Mexico, Colombia, Brazil, Argentina, Peru, and Chile.
About the RoleThe Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Analyst is responsible for monitoring our revenue KPIs and the actual performance of expected tasks within daily operations. This includes tracking business results and monitoring production KPIs concerning our CRM.
