The Casino Gaming Strategist is responsible for delivering a tailored gaming proposition for the Spanish market.
This role involves working with colleagues in market and central execution teams to develop a unique gaming proposition that meets customer needs.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with games suppliers and running a gaming P&L, as well as a great understanding of gaming product within various markets.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and fulfilling promotional offerings to match customer needs and maximize value, while optimising spend and detecting and preventing bonus abuse.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing a casino gaming strategy for Spain
- Working with partner companies on clear cross-sell strategies
- Monitoring and analysing the competitive market to ensure the proposition and offering is at minimum equal to the key competitor set
- Managing fact-driven approaches to optimise gaming content positioning using data as the primary tool
- Preparing trend analysis to share with senior management views on performance
The successful candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive insight solutions.
