BIM Designer

About the Role:
The BIM Designer will play a crucial role in supporting the BIM Transformation of our Prefab Business. This individual will be responsible for preparing all BIM documentation to build a prefab solution according to customer requirements or providing drafting support to Technical Leaders or Project Engineers during tendering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing BIM documentation for prefab solutions
- Providing drafting support to Technical Leaders or Project Engineers
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Developing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date BIM models
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or AA college degree in CAD or drafting studies
- Minimum three years of experience with Autodesk Revit, with advanced training/experience in current Revit software
- Three or more years of experience in BIM 360 working in a collaborative environment
- Experience with Autodesk Inventor or Solidworks or Creo to create manufacturing pieces
- Three or more years of CAD drawing experience
- Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills
- Capacity to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Experience with building or industrial installations (cabling, lighting, piping, plumbing)
- Fluent in English
