We are currently looking for a skilled Wording Operations Specialist to join our International Programs Service Centre team based out of Barcelona, Spain.

As part of the Underwriting Operations team, this role will work closely with the Global Property Technical Underwriting Team, Receiving and Producing Zurich Countries and Transformation Team within the Commercial Insurance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining the global wording / endorsement library for Property Prime Product, assisting in the development and maintenance of template/clauses from which the policy document can be drafted, and planning and facilitating new wording roll outs as well as upgrades of existing products in collaboration with the project team and technical underwriting.

Additionally, the Wording Operations Specialist will manage and communicate process changes to the stakeholders in the network, collect feedback about product and process improvements, and organize and provide support with trainings as needed.

This role requires strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and the ability to work closely with colleagues from across many countries and various areas of the business.
