About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Wording Operations Specialist to join our Global Financial Lines Team at Zurich Insurance Company. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and facilitating new wording roll outs, upgrades of existing products, and managing the wording / endorsement library for global standard wording.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and facilitate new wording roll outs and upgrades of existing products
  • Send reminders, follow up with the network, and update the corresponding tracker
  • Establish and manage the wording / endorsement library for global standard wording
  • Manage and communicate process changes to the Product Champions Network and collect feedback on product and process improvements
  • Organize and provide support to the UW Central team in required trainings
Digitalization and Performance
  • Work closely with the wording digitalization project team
  • Reflect product / process changes in the required IPZ systems / tools
  • Participate in business testing and analyze current capabilities and portfolio landscape
  • Run and analyze IPS contract issuance reports to tackle capability issues in the network
Requirements
  • Experience in insurance with underwriting / underwriting service background (advantageous)
  • Understanding of policy issuance processes and the life cycle of an International Program (advantageous)
  • High education diploma in Business Administration, International Business, Law, or equivalent
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Previous experience working in multinational projects
  • Organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Team player with facilitation and coordination skills
  • Fluent in English (other languages an advantage)
