Iberia Business Development Executive

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to lead our business development efforts in the Iberian market.
About the RoleThis is a senior leadership position that requires a strong track record of sales, marketing, and customer relationship management experience. The ideal candidate will be able to develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth, expand our customer base, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to secure new customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on sales, marketing, and product strategies
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 7 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing customer relationships
- Strong understanding of the Iberian market and its trends and challenges
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
