Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Junior Functional Consultant to join our Professional Services team at Unit4 Nv. As a Junior Functional Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering customer solutions in our industry verticals, expanding your career into cutting-edge cloud ERP technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer onboarding and engagement in sales handover and project onboarding with the wider project team
  • Implementing quality ERP customer solutions that meet design and strategic objectives, focusing on reducing complexity and costs
  • Leading and participating in workshops, prioritizing requirements, and identifying opportunities for customer success
  • Delivering approved customer solutions utilizing templates as applicable, working with wider delivery teams to ensure projects meet design, schedule, and budget
  • Supporting customer solution reviews and customer health checks, identifying opportunities to expand Unit4 footprint
  • Engagement in the delivery of upgrades and cloud migrations to existing customers, product enhancements, and new technologies
  • Staying relevant on new technologies, legislations, and good practice, sharing knowledge both internally and externally
  • Working with senior consultants to identify improvements to models and functionality, embracing continuous learning and enhancing knowledge in new areas

Requirements

  • Fluent knowledge of Norwegian and English
  • Excited about technology-enabled change
  • Strong business analysis skills with an eye for detail
  • Self-starter, with a positive attitude, independent, and able to work under pressure to meet an assignment deadline
  • Having a background/experience in Finance/Management/IT is considered a bonus
