Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Functional Consultant to join our Professional Services team at Unit4. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality ERP customer solutions that meet design and strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Onboarding: Engage in the sales handover and project onboarding with the wider project team to ensure a smooth transition.
- ERP Implementation: Implement quality ERP customer solutions that reduce complexity and costs, meeting design and strategic objectives.
- Workshops and Collaboration: Lead and participate in workshops to drive project success and collaborate with the wider delivery team to ensure projects meet design, schedule, and budget.
- Customer Success: Prioritize requirements, identify opportunities for customer success, and deliver approved customer solutions utilizing templates as applicable.
- Project Management: Work with the wider delivery teams to ensure projects meet design, schedule, and budget as set out in the project plan.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date on new technologies, legislations, and good practice, sharing knowledge internally and externally, and work with senior consultants to identify improvements to models and functionality.
Requirements
- Language Skills: Fluent knowledge of Norwegian and English.
- Business Analysis Skills: Strong business analysis skills with an eye for detail.
- Technical Skills: Excited about technology-enabled change and having a background/experience in Finance/Management/IT is considered a bonus.
