Join Our Team as a Junior Functional Consultant

At Unit4, we're passionate about delivering cutting-edge cloud ERP solutions to our customers. As a Junior Functional Consultant, you'll play a key role in implementing quality ERP customer solutions that meet design and strategic objectives. Your expertise will help reduce complexity and costs, making you an invaluable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage in sales handovers and project onboarding with the wider project team.
  • Implement ERP solutions that meet customer needs, focusing on reducing complexity and costs.
  • Lead and participate in workshops, prioritizing requirements and identifying opportunities for customer success.
  • Deliver approved customer solutions using templates as applicable.
  • Work with delivery teams to ensure projects meet design, schedule, and budget.
  • Support customer solution reviews and health checks, identifying opportunities to expand Unit4's footprint.
  • Engage in delivery of upgrades and cloud migrations to existing customers.
  • Stay up-to-date on new technologies, legislations, and good practice, sharing knowledge internally and externally.
  • Collaborate with senior consultants to identify improvements to models and functionality.
Requirements:
  • Fluent knowledge of Norwegian and English.
  • Excited about technology-enabled change.
  • Strong business analysis skills with an eye for detail.
  • Self-starter with a positive attitude, independent, and able to work under pressure.
  • Background or experience in Finance, Management, or IT is considered a bonus.
