Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Junior Functional Consultant to join our Professional Services team at Unit4 Nv. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality ERP customer solutions that meet design and strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer onboarding and engagement
- Implementation of quality ERP customer solutions
- Leading and participating in workshops to prioritize requirements and identify opportunities for customer success
- Delivering approved customer solutions utilizing templates as applicable
- Working with wider delivery teams to ensure projects meet design, schedule, and budget
- Supporting customer solution reviews and customer health checks
- Engagement in the delivery of upgrades and cloud migrations to existing customers
- Staying relevant on new technologies, legislations, and good practice, sharing knowledge both internally and externally
Requirements
- Fluent knowledge of Norwegian and English
- Excited about technology-enabled change
- Strong business analysis skills with an eye for detail
- Self-starter with a positive attitude, independent, and able to work under pressure
- Background/experience in Finance/Management/IT is considered a bonus
