**Product Marketing Specialist - Electrification**

This position reports to the EL Product Marketing Manager.
**Your Role and Responsibilities**
In this role, you will have the opportunity to implement product marketing strategies aligned with our global product strategy in assigned areas to meet business objectives. You will implement marketing activities and support the Sales organization in driving sales and services for respective products. Additionally, you will provide expertise by driving sales efficiency through appropriate product knowledge information and training.
**Key Accountabilities**
Implement product marketing strategy in assigned areas/segments, defining and communicating product value propositions and positioning in accordance with the global product marketing strategy. Achieve product marketing targets and budgets by overseeing progress and defining improvement plans as needed. Focus on achieving orders and driving continuous improvement in the Net Promoter Score (NPS). Execute annual marketing plans in collaboration with relevant division and/or product groups. Develop business plans focused on driving business development for defined markets.
**Qualifications**
You are familiar with product marketing management framework tools and the Medium Voltage market. You have at least two years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, or Sales. You possess enhanced protection Relays and Office tools. You are passionate about collaboration, curiosity, self-awareness, openness to travel, and leadership. You hold a Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering. You are proficient in Spanish and possess fluency in English. You hold a valid Spanish Work Permit.
