Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Job&Talent. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for executing recruitment functions, working directly with our Talent Managers to help us grow the team and reach our goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with Hiring Managers to develop effective job descriptions that accurately explain functions and qualifications for individual roles, as well as define the target candidate profile and screening process.
  • Source candidates and review applicants for junior and mid-level positions with Jobandtalent's internal team.
  • Manage the complete screening process, from the first HR interview through the hiring decision, working closely with hiring managers across Jobandtalent's teams to coordinate interviews, evaluate assessments and drive decisions.
  • Perform competences interviews with candidates.
  • Conduct reference and background checks.
  • Make offers to successful candidates and coordinate the onboarding of new hires.
  • Provide an efficient, high-touch experience for all candidates throughout the key stages of their application, offer and pre-employment.
Candidate Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a headhunting or recruiting role.
  • Previous experience handling sensitive information and maintaining confidentiality when necessary.
  • Be self-motivated and have a desire to learn quickly, multi-task, being able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a very fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.
