Account Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Specialist to join our team. As an Account Specialist, you will be responsible for managing large key client accounts, from recruitment and onboarding of employees to monitoring and resolving any incidents that may occur.

You will be the point person for both the client and the employees, ensuring efficiency and agility in the processes. Your responsibilities will include coordinating recruitment processes, onboarding new recruits, and resolving incidents for workers.

Administrative tasks associated with the position include monitoring and control of workers' hours, analysis of employee turnover and departures, and reporting both internally and to the client.

• Studies in Business Administration, Law, or Human Resources
• Knowledge of labour legislation, collective agreements, etc.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong ability to work with large amounts of data and partners
