Junior Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Accountant to join our Controlling & Accounting team in the US. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in managing our accounts payable processes and supporting key financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, review, and process vendor invoices for payment, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Record invoices properly in the General Ledger and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and issue payments to vendors, managing payment methods and ensuring timely processing.
• Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions and reconcile AP accounts regularly.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor inquiries and build positive relationships with vendors.
• Assist in generating reports related to accounts payable activities and contribute to month-end closing processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Intermediate level of Excel experience.
• Experience in processing payments and vendor management.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with working with an expense platform.
• Tier 2 ERP experience.
• Experience with filing and paying taxes.
