As an integral member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to drive massive growth in website traffic, lead acquisition, and revenue.

Your Responsibilities: Develop and implement SEO actions and strategies with your team to optimize our online presence. Identify new organic revenue opportunities outside of existing business lines to grow our active user base. Define and execute content promotion tactics on social media and other channels to attract high volumes of visitors. Manage campaign ROIs and brand KPIs while overseeing the marketing budget and resource allocation. Manage the Spanish inbound marketing team and external suppliers, including PR agencies, link-building agencies, copywriters, freelancers, and brand ambassadors.

Requirements: Fluency in both Spanish and English is essential. You must have previous experience as an Inbound Marketing Manager, Demand Generation Manager, or similar role for at least 5 years in a growing company. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are required, along with a strong track record of achievement demonstrated through greater responsibility, overachievement on KPIs, and fast-track promotions. Deep knowledge of SEO, CRM, and customer journey management is necessary. Drive, tenacity, and results-oriented approach are a must, along with initiative and a growth mindset. Strong bias for action and the ability to foster a competitive, results-driven mentality in your team are also required.

Bonus Points: Experience in the B2B SaaS industry is a plus, as well as an entrepreneurial mindset, high energy, and business hunger. Work ethics, continuous learning ambition, and motivation to join a fast-moving, high-performance team are highly valued.
