Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect to join our team at Kardex. As a key member of our logistics solutions team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative solutions for our clients.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop solutions for used systems in Spare Part Management and E2E Process Trade and Transport, particularly in SAP S/4HANA
  • Analyze business-process and technical requirements, identifying areas for improvement and documentation
  • Recommend solutions based on IT strategy and guidelines, collaborating with the Application Owner, Architect, and implementation partner
  • Provide 2nd level support and consultation for day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless delivery
  • Ensure 3rd level support is provided by the implementation partner

Requirements:
  • Multiple years of practical professional experience with ERP systems in an international environment
  • Expertise in SAP S/4
  • Excellent communication experience
  • English and German proficiency (dependent on location)
