Your Key Responsibilities- Design and implement solutions for used systems in Spare Part Management and E2E Process Trade and Transport, particularly in SAP S/4HANA.
- Analyze and document business-process and technical requirements.
- Recommend solutions considering IT strategy and guidelines.
- Collaborate with the Application Owner, Architect, and implementation partner to discuss and agree on necessary changes.
- Provide 2nd level support and consultation for day-to-day operations.
- Ensure 3rd level support is provided by the implementation partner.
- Multiple years of practical professional experience with ERP systems in an international environment.
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4.
- Excellent communication skills.
- English and German proficiency (if located in Germany), English proficiency (if located outside of Germany).
