About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect to join our team at the Kardex Group. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for defining solutions for used systems in Spare Part Management and E2E Process Trade and Transport, particularly in SAP S/4HANA.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and identify business-process and technical requirements
  • Recommend solutions considering IT strategy and guidelines
  • Discuss and agree on necessary changes with the Application Owner, Architect, and implementation partner
  • Provide 2nd level support and consultation for day-to-day operations
  • Ensure 3rd level support provided by the implementation partner
Your Profile
  • Multiple years of practical professional experience with ERP systems in an international environment
  • Knowledge of SAP S/4
  • Excellent communication experience
  • English and German proficiency if located in Germany, English proficiency if located outside of Germany
