Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Solution Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our digital transformation team, you will be responsible for advising and coaching our business colleagues on service-oriented processes, ensuring continuous integration, deployment, and optimization of our digital products.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Advise and coach business colleagues on service-oriented processes, with a focus on customer success and process automation.
  2. Develop design solutions for implementation, ensuring seamless integration and deployment of digital products.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and enhance customer experience.
  4. Coach team colleagues with less experience, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.

Requirements

  1. Completed university degree in Business Informatics or Business Administration with a focus on IT/Digitalization or a comparable field of study.
  2. Several years of working experience with CRM's and agile working methodologies.
  3. Hands-on consulting and customization experience in Salesforce, interfaces, web or cloud solutions.
  4. Excellent communication skills in English, with language skills in German a plus.
  5. Customer-centric focus and ability to deliver sustainable best-fit solutions for our business units.
  6. Team player with entrepreneurial thinking and a desire to drive innovation forward.
