Job Summary:

Grupo Digital is seeking a highly skilled IT Solutions Architect to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop solution architecture for projects, ensuring designs are fit for purpose and meet the needs of our clients.
  • Review and validate designs produced by engineering teams, ensuring they align with our strategies and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the engineering community to deliver solutions primarily in an agile way.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet the needs of our clients and align with our business objectives.

Mandatory Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in solution architecture and design.
  • Experience working in financial services, preferably in a corporate or commercial banking environment.
  • Proven experience in complex project management with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of risk and control frameworks, policies, and standards.
  • Broad technical knowledge with a good understanding of integration patterns (APIs, Messaging).
  • (Optional) Strong understanding of Salesforce technical capabilities, including Financial Services Cloud.
  • (Optional) Proven track record of successfully managing Salesforce projects and driving user adoption.
