Oracle is seeking a highly skilled Siebel Principal Configuration Engineer to join our CSS Global SaaS & Apps Delivery team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Siebel CRM applications to meet the business needs of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, system administrators, and quality assurance testers, to ensure the seamless integration and optimal performance of the CRM system.
- Design and develop Siebel CRM applications to meet business requirements, ensuring alignment with Oracle's cloud technology and engineering solutions.
- Drive adoption of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) for our customers, showcasing the prowess of Oracle's cloud technology and providing a highly differentiated service experience.
- Work with customers to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying that knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within the team.
