About the Role

FeverUp is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Health and Safety Specialist to join its Health and Safety Team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in managing health and safety risks associated with the company's job positions and events promoted by FeverUp.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain health and safety management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Conduct risk assessments and supervise FeverUp workplaces and positions to identify potential hazards and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure health and safety requirements are integrated into all aspects of the business.
  • Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions to address health and safety issues.
  • Conduct hygienic, ergonomic, and psychosocial risk assessments to identify potential health and safety risks.
  • Assess health and safety requirements in contracts with suppliers, venues, and partners to ensure compliance.
  • Stay up-to-date with health and safety laws, regulations, and industry standards to ensure FeverUp remains compliant.

About You

  • You have a strong background in occupational health and safety, with a minimum of one year of experience in a similar role.
  • You possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate health and safety risks.
  • You are a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with various departments and stakeholders.
  • You are fluent in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
  • You are available to start working in Madrid, full-time, with a negotiable start date.
