We are looking for a highly skilled Health and Safety Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with occupational risk prevention legislation and regulations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Apply legal regulations on prevention and standardization criteria for means and equipment of protection.
- Develop and update emergency plans and risk assessments.
- Assess and adapt the workplace for employees with special needs.
- Coordinate medical examinations and communicate with external health and safety providers.
- Develop and implement employee wellbeing programs.
**Requirements:**
- 2 years of experience in occupational health and safety.
- Advanced English language skills (B2-C1 level).
- Master's degree in health and safety.
- Ability to work with consultants and external suppliers.
