The Job
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at MR PORTER Barcelona. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive the highest level of service and that our restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations to guarantee a smooth and efficient service flow.
- Train and motivate the service team to uphold MR PORTER's commitment to excellence.
- Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and feedback with professionalism.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, upscale dining environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Supervisor or Management role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Living in Barcelona (flexible with commuting).
- You have your N.I.E. number to work in Spain.
