Customer Experience Ambassador

La Provincia is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Experience Ambassador to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional experiences to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded at every touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Customer-Centric Programs: Design and execute initiatives that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty, aligning with our company's vision and values.
- Proactive Customer Engagement: Respond to customer inquiries and needs in a timely and professional manner, utilizing various communication channels to ensure seamless interactions.
- Customer Service Analysis and Improvement: Conduct thorough analysis of customer service results, surveys, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
- Upselling and VIP Management: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services, while prioritizing and providing personalized service to our valued VIP customers.
- Information Display and Engagement: Manage and curate information displays to enhance customer engagement and provide relevant information, fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment.
- Collaboration and Integration: Work closely with our Sales and MICE teams to ensure seamless integration and support for their objectives, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Customer-Centric Rituals and Knowledge: Develop and maintain a deep knowledge of our company's products and services to provide effective advice and guidance to customers, introducing and maintaining customer-centric rituals to enhance the overall experience and build brand loyalty.
- Process Improvement and Employee Experience: Participate in initiatives to continuously improve processes and procedures related to the customer experience, staying updated on industry best practices and trends related to employee experience and incorporating relevant ideas into organizational strategies.
- Event Management and Industry Knowledge: Organize and oversee entertainment activities, with a focus on music events, to create an enjoyable atmosphere for customers, while staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Customer Service Experience: At least 1 year of experience in customer service or related roles, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Communication and Problem-Solving Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Customer-Oriented Mindset: A customer-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs and expectations.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and similar systems, adaptability, and a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and availability to travel for industry events such as fairs and conferences.
- Communication and Software Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities, proficient in MS Office and other relevant software.
