Accounts Payable Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team at SABIC. As a key member of our Finance department, you will be responsible for processing and managing incoming invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payments to our suppliers.
Key Responsibilities- Process and verify incoming invoices, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of invoices, payments, and credits.
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to resolve invoice discrepancies and issues.
- Prepare and execute payment runs, ensuring timely and accurate payments to suppliers.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounts payable or related field.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
