Sabic Americas, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for processing and managing accounts payable transactions, ensuring timely and accurate payment to vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage accounts payable transactions, including vendor invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests.
- Verify and reconcile vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage and maintain vendor relationships, ensuring timely and accurate payment to vendors.
- Perform financial analysis and reporting, providing insights and recommendations to management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, finance, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of accounts payable processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounts payable or related field.
- Strong knowledge of financial systems, including SAP.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
