Workplace Experience Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Workplace Experience Manager to join our team in Málaga. As the heartbeat of our office, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth daily operations of our workspace.
You will work closely with local teams and global counterparts to create a vibrant and engaging work environment. Your responsibilities will include managing relationships with external partners, organizing events, and overseeing the office's day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure the smooth daily operations of the office, including managing supplies, budgets, and facilities.
- Collaborate with landlords and suppliers to maintain a high standard of office facilities.
- Plan and execute office events, including weekly and monthly gatherings and global meet-ups, in alignment with global teams.
- Manage health and safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment.
- Provide basic support to the HR team in relocating, onboarding, payroll, and training initiatives.
- Proven experience in office management and event planning.
- Strong organizational and planning skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
- People person with a natural ability to provide exceptional service.
