Key Responsibilities

* Manage corporate legal related matters for multiple legal entities, including Spain, Portugal, and Italy, and occasionally support M&A projects.
* Develop and deliver legal trainings on relevant topics to internal clients, promoting a culture of compliance and risk management.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives and minimize risks, ensuring PepsiCo's rights and interests are protected.
Requirements
* Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to anticipate legal issues and develop strategic solutions.
* Strong knowledge of commercial law, contract management, and litigation prevention, with a focus on sales and distribution, operations, and procurement.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a result-oriented mindset and strong interpersonal skills.
* Fluency in English and Spanish, with basic to medium knowledge of Portuguese and Italian highly valued.
