Job Title: Cloud Solution Product Owner

At Mindquest, we're seeking a skilled Cloud Solution Product Owner to drive the success of our cloud-based solutions. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in understanding customer needs, defining product requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Customer Needs Analysis: Conduct market research and gather customer insights to understand their requirements, pain points, and goals related to cloud solutions. Identify customer segments, personas, and user stories to guide product development and prioritize features accordingly.
  2. Product Strategy and Roadmap: Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for the cloud solution, considering customer expectations and market trends. Develop and maintain a product roadmap that outlines key milestones, priorities, and deliverables based on customer feedback and business objectives.
  3. Requirements Definition: Translate customer needs into clear and actionable product requirements, including functional and non-functional specifications. Create user stories, wireframes, and prototypes to illustrate product features and interactions, ensuring a robust and fluent customer experience.
  4. Feature Prioritization and Release Management: Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer value, business impact, and development feasibility. Plan and manage product releases, including feature scope, timelines, and dependencies, in collaboration with the Project Manager, Cloud Architect, Development and Support teams to ensure successful and timely deployments.
  5. Customer Engagement and Support: Act as a key point of contact for customer success and support teams, addressing their questions, concerns, and feature requests related to the cloud solution. Collaborate closely with support teams to understand customer support needs, challenges, and requirements and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years focusing on cloud solutions or related technologies
  • Deep understanding of cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
  • Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello)
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret market research and customer data
  • Ability to define product strategies and roadmaps based on customer insights and market trends
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated passion for understanding and addressing customer needs
  • Ability to translate customer requirements into actionable product features and enhancements
