Cloud Solution Product Owner

As a Cloud Solution Product Owner at Mindquest, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our cloud-based solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to understand customer needs, define product requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Needs Analysis: Conduct market research and gather customer insights to understand their requirements, pain points, and goals related to cloud solutions. Identify customer segments, personas, and user stories to guide product development and prioritize features accordingly.
  • Product Strategy and Roadmap: Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for the cloud solution, considering customer expectations and market trends. Develop and maintain a product roadmap that outlines key milestones, priorities, and deliverables based on customer feedback and business objectives.
  • Requirements Definition: Translate customer needs into clear and actionable product requirements, including functional and non-functional specifications. Create user stories, wireframes, and prototypes to illustrate product features and interactions, ensuring a robust and fluent customer experience.
  • Feature Prioritization and Release Management: Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer value, business impact, and development feasibility. Plan and manage product releases, including feature scope, timelines, and dependencies, in collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure successful and timely deployments.
  • Customer Engagement and Support: Act as a key point of contact for customer success and support teams, addressing their questions, concerns, and feature requests related to the cloud solution. Collaborate closely with support teams to understand customer support needs, challenges, and requirements and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.

As a Cloud Solution Product Owner, you will be responsible for creating and delivering value for our customers while ensuring that our cloud solutions align with their needs and expectations. This role requires a deep understanding of cloud technologies, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering customer-centric solutions.
