Job Title: Legal Project Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Project Manager to join our team at Victo Postanova Sl. As a Legal Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing legal projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and mitigating legal risks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage legal projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Develop and implement compliance programs, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct legal risk assessments, identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies.
  • Oversee contract and policy management, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.
  • Design and deliver legal risk management training, fostering awareness across the organization.
  • Conduct internal legal audits, evaluating the effectiveness of risk management procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law; Master's or specialization in Corporate Law or Risk Management is a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in corporate legal advisory, risk management, or compliance, with focus on financial services or fintech.
  • Experience in both law firms and in-house roles is highly valued.
  • Strong understanding of cross-border regulatory frameworks (data privacy, AML, financial regulations) across LATAM.
  • Familiarity with LATAM's financial systems and payment industry is advantageous.
