Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive discussions with senior leaders to define and steer key projects within the Race Plan or Transformation programs
  • Implement complex program scoping and problem-solving through qualitative and quantitative analysis
  • Formalize strategic program recommendations and implementation plans with clear milestones and timelines
  • Lead and communicate efficiently with senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding of overall objectives
  • Ensure day-to-day management of the program, tracking progress against plan, and securing appropriate staffing

Requirements:

  • 6-7+ years of management/strategy/financial/M&A consulting experience
  • Cross-functional project management exposure, including end-to-end thinking, long-term project management, and multiple project management
  • Operational experience in fast-moving/changing environments
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience; MBA preferred
  • Fluency in English mandatory
