Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Delivery Experience Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers across Europe receive their orders in accordance with our high-quality standards and lead times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as an advocate for our customers, supporting the local market and EU-wide Operations Team in the management of last mile delivery.
  • Evaluate market developments and services, coordinating projects to improve the customer delivery experience.
  • Improve the reliability of the delivery service, coordinating rollouts of new services and procedures with Delivery Service Providers (DSPs).
  • Scout market innovation to drive superior and/or more cost-effective delivery solutions.
  • Manage strategic communication with DSPs, setting up long-term country strategies and annual roadmaps to achieve best-in-class customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Graduate degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
  • Sound experience in logistics services, with a proven track record of managing projects and analyzing customer requirements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, collaborating with colleagues remotely.
