Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Partner for Clinical Marketing to join our team. As an integral member of our clinical marketing department, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a superior customer experience through effective micro-marketing activities and campaigns. Your primary focus will be on clinical and micromarketing initiatives, ensuring seamless collaboration with the sales team and enhancing market understanding within the marketing department.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and nurture a customer-focused culture based on core values and purpose throughout the business units
• Develop and recommend approaches to deliver a superior customer experience through micro-marketing activities
• Provide support by developing materials addressing HCPs or end-user needs
• Develop key insights by continuously improving understanding of issues faced by the sales team, customer needs, and market changes
• Collaborate with Territory Managers on planning and execution of exhibitions, educational events, meetings, and marketing campaigns
• Ensure a successful Marketing Approval Process (MAP) in collaboration with local and global partners
• Handle logistics for educational events at the local level
• Monitor marketing budget and opex in collaboration with Product Managers and Manager Clinical Field
• Provide weekly reports to Manager Clinical Field with key priorities follow-up
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have a solid understanding of clinical marketing principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should also be proficient in project management tools and software.
Benefits
This role offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off. We prioritize work-life balance and offer flexible working arrangements to support your well-being.
Estimated Salary Range: $65,000-$75,000 yearly
