- Strong experience with major ERPs (Oracle, SAP, Microsoft) and a wide experience rolling them out.
- Strong experience working in complex multi-country, multi-cultural, matrix environments.
- Solid understanding of Integration Governance concepts.
- Excellent technical, analytical, and project management skills to manage large-scale IT projects.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate the IT architecture and integration strategy and plans to stakeholders and IT team members.
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify and manage IT architecture risks and issues.
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to data and IT systems.
- Experience with emerging technologies and trends.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
- Be an effective team player working both within and outside the IS/IT organization.
- Work to bring stakeholders along with decisions.
