At Sandvik, we are seeking an experienced IT Architect - CRM Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring alignment between the CRM solution and business needs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and executing a roadmap for the CRM product to meet the evolving requirements of the business.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as system owner of CRM to ensure the system's high availability and efficiency.
  • Understanding business requirements and providing proposals for solutions with relevant stakeholders, including design and estimate of time, cost, and resource.
  • Communicating and aligning with other architects to ensure solutions comply with higher-level architecture design.
  • Maintaining and monitoring the system to ensure it runs properly as designed.
  • Improving the solution based on enhancement requirements and analysis of performance.
  • Working with product owners on the alignment of priority and plan of requirements.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders on vendor management, including evaluation of proposals, quotations, and estimates.
  • Driving the implementation of projects and changes of CRM area.
  • Acting as IT project manager for the implementation of CRM-related solutions as needed.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders on system integration.
  • Managing service performance and improving the functionalities of the CRM system.
  • Ensuring the service level agreement is in place for CRM and is fulfilled.
  • Delivering service reports of CRM and improving the quality of services.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to facilitate end-to-end business operational processes and service delivery processes.
  • Managing the budget and cost of related delivery and support with stakeholders.
  • Maintaining documents of solution design and knowledge of designated areas.
  • Communicating with stakeholders on system performance.

We are looking for a candidate with a degree in a relevant field and previous experience as an IT Architect. Strong business acumen and customer-centric skills are essential. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience with CRM solutions, knowledge of MS Dynamics 365, and demonstrable experience with Dynamics CRM implementation and maintenance.
