About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Delivery Station Manager to join our team at Amazon Road Transport Spain, S.L.U. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Area Managers and creating operational plans to drive excellence in safety, quality, and productivity across our sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop a team of Area Managers to achieve top-level results
  • Own and manage your site, addressing issues and positively impacting site performance
  • Analyze site performance against business objectives and implement actions to improve operational excellence
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including PxT (HR), Finance, Delivery Service Partners (DSP), IT, ACES, and Engineering units
  • Design and deliver initiatives to improve operational performance and customer experience
A Day in the Life

As a Delivery Station Manager, you will have ultimate ownership of your site, leading teams, tracking performance, and driving innovation. You will work closely with stakeholders, analyze performance metrics, and prepare for varying levels of demand. Your expertise will be essential in mentoring and coaching your team to achieve exceptional results.

About the Team

You will be part of a dynamic team that includes ACES, AMXL, AMZL, ATS, CF, Compliance, Customer Service, DSL, Finance, GSF, IT, PXT (HR), RME, TA, and WHS. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving operational excellence.

Basic Qualifications

We welcome applicants with experience in Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen techniques, as well as those with a background in logistics and the MS Office suite. While preferred qualifications are not required, relevant experience working with third-party contract resources and lean manufacturing techniques would be advantageous.
